Supported payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major banks).

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (per method).
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Withdrawal processing time: Approved withdrawals are generally completed within 1 hour.

Welcome bonus

• New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳22,000 and the bonus will be capped at ৳10,000 → total balance ৳32,000.
• This bonus applies to the first deposit only.

Wagering Requirements

• A 20x wagering requirement applies to the bonus amount.
• Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit plus bonus.
• Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = ৳20,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

General Bonus Rules

• A bonus may only be claimed on one account and from one device or IP address.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, bitbd reserves the right to forfeit the bonus.
• Bonus funds are not transferable.
• Each promotion may have its own validity period — unused bonuses will expire at the end of that period.

• If a game is interrupted due to a technical fault, the result may be voided and the bet returned.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

The activities listed below are strictly prohibited. If any of these occur, the account will be permanently closed and all balances may be forfeited:

• Bonus abuse — such as claiming bonuses under multiple identities or coordinated betting.
• Any form of fraudulent activity, hacking, or exploiting system vulnerabilities.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal activity.
• Operating an account on behalf of or in the name of a third party.
• Harassing other users or engaging in inappropriate behaviour.
• Using any automated software or bots to influence game outcomes.

• Unexpected technical failures or disruption to third-party services.
• The user sharing their account details with a third party.
• Force majeure events — such as natural disasters, cyberattacks, or government directives.
• Any financial loss resulting from a user's own decisions.
